May I draw your kind attention to the following information with regard to Academic session 2019.
01. Winter Vacation begins on Tuesday 4th of December 2018.
02. Result of the final examination 2018 will be on 12
th December Wednesday 2018.
03. Those who wish to take T.C. may take it on 12
th December Wednesday 2018. T.C. will not be issued on any other day
(Rs.100).
03. The School reopens on 7th February Thursday 2019. All the students must come to the School on the opening day.
Absentees will be fined Rs.100 per day.
04. All the old students who are continuing the school must take admission as dates mentioned below .The school will not take
responsibility for those who do not take admission on time, if they lose their seat. Those who not taken admission on time will
be treated as left the school.
January 28th Monday for class 1—3
January 29th Tuesday for class 4 & 5
January 30th Wednesday for class 6 & 7
January 31
st Thursday for class 8—10
February 1
st Friday for class KG II – KG I
05. Test for new comers from K.G.II to class VIII will be conducted for Maths and English on January 28th Monday 2019,
from 10 am to 12pm .To sit for the admission test students should bring the mark sheet of the class in which they are
studying. Admission form to be filled before test. (Rs.20).
Result of the test will be given out on 29th Tuesday January 2019 and admission could be done on that day.
06. K.G.I admission will be done on 1
st February Friday 2019. Admission only for children who have completed 4 yrs of age.
Parents should bring the child to the school along with 1 Passport size photo and birth certificate at the time of admission.
07. All text books and note books will be made available in the school stationery room from the First week of February.
All the students must buy the text book and notes books from the school.
08. All the students must buy the school bags of the school .No other bags will be allowed to use in the school.
09. School office will remain closed from 12th December 2018 to 28th January 2019.
10. There will be change of School T-Shirt according to the house.
10. All the students must follow the uniform which is mentioned the school calendar.
N.B. Colouring of hair, eyes and imitating any types of hair styles will be sufficient reasons for dismissal from the school.
